How it works
We put your question to Claude with web search turned on, the way a shopper would ask it, without telling it which brand you are. Then we read the answer back to see whether it named your brand or site, which other brands it recommended, and which websites it cited.
AI answers change from day to day and from person to person, so treat one answer as a snapshot. Try a few questions worded the way different customers would ask.
If it doesn't name you
Look at the sites it cited: they're where AI assistants learn about your market. Getting mentioned on those sites, publishing pages that answer the question directly, and making sure AI crawlers can read your site are what move the answer over time.
